WHAT MATERIAL DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR FLOOR COVERING?
It depends on your needs and the result you want. Generally, we recommend porcelain stoneware for a safe, beautiful, and long-lasting choice, but we also have other materials, such as real wood parquet varnished by us, or other materials like SPC or real natural terracotta.
WHAT EFFECT AND COLOR DO YOU RECOMMEND IN THIS CASE?
The choice of effects and colors is very personal, but we can guide you towards the most commonly used combinations.
DO YOU ALSO HAVE GLUE AND GROUT?
Yes, we always have glue available in stock for immediate delivery, and grout, where we can offer the best matches with the chosen materials.
SHIPPING COST?
It depends on how much material needs to be shipped and the destination of the goods.
DO YOU DELIVER TO THE FLOOR?
We do not provide porterage services.
HOW AND WHERE DOES THE CARRIER UNLOAD?
Delivery is made by a three-axle truck. The material is unloaded to the ground using a hydraulic tail lift.
To allow delivery, the customer must ensure the availability of a large, clear, and easily accessible unloading area, so that the courier can reach the delivery point without difficulty and maneuver safely. ZTL (restricted traffic zones) must be reported before delivery to find a solution.
Any movement of the material inside the property using an electric pallet truck is subject to the presence of suitable and perfectly practicable surfaces.
If there is gravel, uneven ground, slopes, obstacles, or any other condition that prevents the use of the pallet truck, the goods will be left at the unloading point, without further movement.
HOW TO CLEAN PORCELAIN STONEWARE FLOOR AFTER INSTALLATION?
Cleaning after installation is essential to maintain the performance and appearance of the floor. Before proceeding, let the grout dry completely, respecting the curing times. For cleaning porcelain stoneware after installation, use buffered acid detergents designed to remove construction or grout residues. Let the product act according to the instructions, then rinse the tiles thoroughly. It is important to remove all epoxy or cementitious grout residues, as they could retain dirt and dust over time.
HOW TO CLEAN ROUGH PORCELAIN STONEWARE FOR OUTDOORS?
Since it is always porcelain stoneware, no special treatment is needed; just use a simple broom and water to sweep away all impurities.
CAN PORCELAIN STONEWARE BE DRILLED? HOW?
To drill porcelain stoneware without breaking it, do not use tungsten carbide drill bits or common diamond bits, as they are ineffective. Instead, get specific diamond tools, such as hole saws or discs suitable for wet or dry drilling.
Apply a piece of masking tape to the tile to prevent the bit from slipping. Proceed at regular intervals, without applying continuous stress, and be careful not to overheat the surface during the operation.
HOW TO INSTALL 2 CM PORCELAIN STONEWARE?
2 cm thick porcelain stoneware can be installed either glued or dry. Dry installation is possible on gravel, sand, grass, or on special pedestals that allow for a raised installation.
DOES PORCELAIN STONEWARE GET DAMAGED?
Porcelain stoneware is made from the highest quality mineral raw materials, fired at high temperatures, to ensure resistance to impacts, water, frost, chemicals, drilling, and cutting. So it is really difficult to damage it, especially after it is glued.
CAN I INSTALL PORCELAIN STONEWARE OVER AN EXISTING FLOOR?
Yes, it is possible to install porcelain stoneware over an existing floor. It is important to check, with the help of an expert, that the floor does not have defects such as unevenness, rising damp from the subfloor, or instability, which could compromise the installation. Also, the old floor must be clean and free of dust, grease, or residues before applying bonding products such as primer and cement glue.
DO YOU ALSO HAVE SPECIAL PIECES?
Yes, we also have special pieces such as steps, L-shaped elements, copings, and skirting boards. We make them to measure according to the customer's needs and the size of the tile.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE SPECIAL PIECES?
Generally, it takes from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the processing and the number of pieces ordered. For example, skirting boards require a maximum of 1 week, while for steps it takes about 3 weeks.
CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?
Discounts are available for quantities equal to or greater than pallets. The quantities always vary depending on the material chosen and how many sqm a full pallet is.
HOW CAN I PAY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE TAX BENEFIT?
You must pay the invoice issued by us with a specific bank transfer ("bonifico parlante"). Sometimes it is necessary to provide us with the exact wording to be included in the invoice to benefit from the incentives.

IS THERE INSURANCE ON TRANSPORT AND MATERIAL IN CASE OF DAMAGED GOODS?

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
The minimum order depends on the product requested. Generally, it is about 5 sqm, depending on how many meters are in a box.
WHAT DO YOU USE TO INSTALL SPC FLOORING?
SPC flooring is simply laid down and the planks are simply clicked together, with no need for glue or grout. The subfloor must be adequately cleaned before installation.
WHAT FLOORING TO USE OUTSIDE IN THE GARDEN?
You can use porcelain stoneware, as long as it has a slip resistance class of R11 or even better R12, decking floors such as special woods or WPC, natural stones, terracotta, and clinker.
CAN I USE 1 CM THICK PORCELAIN STONEWARE ON PEDESTALS?
For installation on pedestals, 20 or 30 mm thick porcelain stoneware is generally used, because 10 mm ones would break immediately. However, there is a solution that involves using special grids to be placed on the pedestals, on which to then place the 10 mm thick porcelain stoneware.
CAN I PLACE THE PEDESTALS ON BITUMINOUS MEMBRANE?
Pedestals for raised floors can be placed on a bituminous membrane after interposing a suitable separation and protection layer, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. It is strongly recommended to consult specialized installers for the best solution.
